Factory calibration is often required when calibration has to take place in controlled environmental conditions or with absolute precision. The background to this can be a critical measuring device for environment protection or safety regulations.
After manufacture and prior to delivery every measuring instrument produced by Endress+Hauser goes through the company's own calibration laboratory. Flowmeter calibration, in Switzerland and France for example, SAS (Swiss Accreditation Services) accredited large-scale plants are available for internal and external calibration services for meter sizes from 1mm - 2000mm diameter. |
