New top management level is complete

Endress+Hauser's top executive committee of the company specialized in instrumentation and automation solutions will be expanded from four to eight members. Klaus Endress will continue heading the Endress+Hauser Group as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Michael Ziesemer, responsible for Sales and Marketing for many years, is now Chief Operating Officer (COO) and deputy of Klaus Endress. Fernando Fuenzalida remains responsible for Finance and Controlling as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

As already stated in our Media Release of 27 June 2008, the Supervisory Board of the Endress+Hauser Group appointed four new members to the Executive Board on 1 September 2008. These are the Endress+Hauser executives Dr. Heiner Zehntner, Legal Counsel of the Group and Secretary of the Supervisory Board; Roland Kienzler, Corporate Director of Human Resources and Nikolaus Krüger, Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing. Pieter de Koning will also assume his new position at Endress+Hauser as Corporate Director of Logistics, IT and Organization. Previously, he worked in the pharmaceutical industry.

History

Founded in 1953 by Georg H Endress and Ludwig Hauser, Endress+Hauser has developed from being a specialist in level measurement to a provider of complete solutions for industrial measuring technology and automation, with expansion into new territories and markets.
