How do I get information on Spare Parts?

"Via the Online Shop I always have access to the complete Endress+Hauser product range.  I can check up to date lead times and net prices.  Orders and request for quotations can be done fast and easy.  Personally it is also very important to me to remain in contact with Endress+Hauser sales representatives even with this electronic system in place.  Should I have any special questions regarding measuring instrumentation I can clarify this in person.  Afterwards I then receive my personal quotation in the Online Shop and can easily purchase online.”

The Online Shop has easy access to spare parts - once a product has been selected and has been placed into the basket, a simple click of the Spare Parts Icon  and all the applicable pieces will be revealed.

I have a contract with Endress + Hauser will I see these prices in the Online Shop?

Yes all price contracts are reflected in the Online Shop and if a project is in development those prices will also be available.

I need access to a lot of documentation, certificates and technical information. How do I get that?

I only ever order the same instruments from Endress+Hauser, how can the Online Shop be better when I can just phone?

You can create product lists which can either fully or partially configured products, each time you need to reorder you can simply transfer this list into the shopping basket!  If you would like to know how this is done please take a few minutes to watch this e learning presentation for further information.

Integration of Online Shop in customer's e-procurement process (Shopping Cart Interface)

You can use your own procurement system (e.g. SAP SRM) with a URL linked to the Online Shop. The Online Shop is the platform to search, configure products and transfer the filled shopping cart with your net prices and product lead times back to your procurement system. This process allows you to use your standard order process via your ERP system.
