After a 10-year collaboration with Saudi Arabian sales company Anasia (Abudawood Group), measurement engineering and automation specialist Endress+Hauser will establish a joint venture to seal the partnership and intensify the local market presence.

One of the most prestigious corporate awards in Germany was presented this year to Endress+Hauser Conducta. The specialist in liquid analysis received the 2011Ludwig Erhard award in Berlin.

Endress+Hauser Conducta is the overall winner of the nationwide Manufacturing Excellence Award (MX Award) in Germany. In addition, the liquid analysis specialist based in Gerlingen, was the winner of the information technology category.

As a pioneer of the 'Regio' idea, Georg H Endress worked on cross-border projects right from the beginning. The founder of the Endress+Hauser Group has now been posthumously recognized for his achievements in tri-national training and cooperation. In the presence of Lothar Späth, former State Premier of Baden-Württemberg, and Swiss entrepreneur Moritz Suter, the 'Prix Bartholdi' Upper Rhine university prize was awarded to him on Friday.

Process automation specialist Endress+Hauser has acquired a stake in Finesse Solutions, a US company that develops, produces and distributes sensors, hardware and software for bioprocess engineering.

Endress+Hauser celebrates the expansion of its competence center for liquid analysis. Floor space at the headquarters of Endress+Hauser Conducta has been trebled the last years – evidence of the company's commitment to its location in Gerlingen, Germany, which can look back on decades of successful business.

Endress+Hauser will supply the global energy company Shell with process measurement instruments, engineering and associated services. Both companies have signed an Enterprise Framework Agreement (EFA) with an initial term of five years.

Measurement engineering specialist, Endress+‌Hauser, will in future be well placed to offer its customers even better support in issues relating to energy efficiency. As of 1 July 2011, the Endress+Hauser Group will take over a majority share of the German consultancy company Systemplan.

The deep slump 2009 was followed by an almost dizzying rate of growth last year: the Endress+‌Hauser Group (Reinach, Switzerland) reported a new all-time high in net sales and profit for 2010.

Profound knowledge of markets and customers, implementing the marketing concept across all divisions, and consistent market orientation have earned Endress+Hauser Conducta the 'Best Marketing Company Award'.

The innovation motor keeps running at Endress+Hauser: 219 patent applications and a total of six awards were celebrated by the Group's inventors who came together for the eleventh Innovators' Meeting.

The competence centers are dedicated to the growth and development of sustainable projects and solutions in the life sciences and regulated industries market. This directly corresponds to the strong demand from our customers who have to manage projects according to GAMP.

Endress+Hauser was awarded with an order of flow sensors, nuclear densimeters, level switch and instruments for liquid analysis by Ecometales, engineering and 100% Codelco's affiliated company, which is responsible for the project "Arsenic and Antimony Dejection and Waste Disposal Facility".
