Company structure and corporate management
The Endress+Hauser Group is a globally active family-owned business. The Group consists of a network of legally independent companies, managed and coordinated by a holding company in Reinach, Switzerland. By the end of 2010, the Group comprised 89 companies in 42 countries.
Today, Endress+Hauser is solely owned by the Endress family. The eight children of Dr h.c. Georg H Endress each hold a 12 percent stake, with the non-profit making Georg H Endress Foundation holding the remaining 4 percent.
Executive Board
The Group's management meets the needs of modern corporate government. Since 2002, separate bodies - the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board - perform the respective executive and supervisory functions.

Supervisory Board
The Executive Board is assisted by the Supervisory Board. This board gives advice on all major decisions and exercises a controlling function.
