Supervisory Board
The members of the Supervisory Board of the Endress+Hauser Group advise the Executive Board on important issues and control adherence to fundamental principles. Key decisions require the Supervisory Board's approval.
President of the Supervisory Board is the long-serving Endress+Hauser manager Klaus Riemenschneider. The interests of the family are safeguarded by Dr George A Endress, company consultant and Vice President of the Supervisory Board. Other board members are Dr Georg Bretthauer, Professor of Applied Computer Science at Karlsruhe University, the German finance expert Dr Klaus Eisele, the Swiss politician and entrepreneur Dr Hans Fünfschilling as well as the Swiss trustee (tax advisor and auditor) Willi Ruesch.
Secretary to the Supervisory Board is Dr Heiner Zehntner, the Group's Legal Counsel and member of the Executive Board.
