Endress+Hauser FOUNDATION Fieldbus™ device description files for AMS

All FOUNDATION fieldbus™ DDs are tested in AMS Version 7.x or higher
(AMS 7.x is the lowest required Version).
All Versions between 7.x and 11.x are compatible.

Endress+Hauser FOUNDATION fieldbus™ devices can be safely operated from the Asset Management Software AMS. In order to ensure that complete device functionality is available, integration tests are made for all AMS software versions.

Driver Packages

All new device drivers that are not included in the current edition of AMS can be obtained from the Endress+Hauser Download Area. After a driver has been downloaded, it can be added to the device catalogue by the AMS option "Add Device Type Manually".

 

A PDF document (Device List) containing an overview which devices are integrated into which PRM versions and where the appropriate drivers can be obtained (included in the package).

Please note:

  • The versions mentioned in the device list are related to the product versions used by the time of testing.
  • System compatibility is in the responsibility of the system provider. 
  • In general it is assumed that a possible incompatibility is indicated by an increased first digit.
