Endress+Hauser Maulburg honors long-term associates
The family-owned company, Endress+Hauser, honors three generations of long-term associates in Maulburg. Gabriele Bäuerle, Victoria Jelesic, Joachim Nikolaus and Robert Walteich have already worked at the Maulburg instrumentation manufacturer for 40 years. On last Tuesday, a total of 38 associates were honored for being part of the company between 5 and 40 years.
At the ceremony the Mayor of Maulburg, Jürgen Multner, presented the certificates of honor of the state of Baden-Württemberg to the associates having served the company for four decades. For Jürgen Multner, the array of anniversaries shows that the business concept of Endress+Hauser with its associate-oriented management has been very successful. The result is mutual appreciation and loyalty for many years. A similar relationship also exists between the municipality and its largest employer.
Rainer Reisgies, IHK Hochrhein-Bodensee, emphasized that these anniversaries were only possible because the company was so successful. The associates celebrating their anniversaries are part of a network of successful people. “At Endress+Hauser, you feel the connection between the associates as well as this special feeling and pride to be a part of it,” Reisgies relates. This is reflected in high willingness for teamwork, which he sees as a basis for innovation and entrepreneurial success.
Dr Jürgen Dillmann, representative of the management in Maulburg thanked the associates for their long-term performance. “The interaction between several generations and nations with different values and impressions works out very well. It makes work interesting and adds to the company culture.” One reason for this is the lived tolerance and the willingness to communicate in an open way. For the management, this composition of older and younger associates is a clear strength of Endress+Hauser.
