Instrumentation and Art Appreciation
Endress+Hauser presents the works of four renowned artist and welcomes 100 guests at the finissage
The Maulburg instrumentation manufacturer, Endress+Hauser, presented the works of Barbara Frommherz, Reiner Packeiser, Christel Benz and Jean-Claude Houlmann at the quarterly changing “Art at the Foyer” exhibition in the course of its culture sponsoring during the last 12 months. All of them were present once more at the finissage and were available for lively discussions to one hundred guests. The exhibition comprises more than 20 works.
Ullrich Schinle, Director Marketing, accentuated the special importance of the changing exhibition for 1,400 visitors to the competence center annually: “Our guests and our associates enjoyed the ‘Art at the Foyer’ and tonight, there is the opportunity of immersing into the four different exhibitions and having them speak to you.” The finissage was already the seventh one and primarily concerned art, but also good discussions, backgrounds and a change from daily routine, Schinle continued.
The foyer of the main building is an ideal platform for regional artists. The management recognized this at an early stage: The building was inaugurated in 2006 and since 2007, the exhibition has been realized in intensive cooperation with the curator, Klaus Kipfmüller. An impressive spectrum has been shown since then. Interested visitors can see to the exhibition of Finissage 2014 until April 17.
The last art year commenced with Barbara Frommherz. The Swiss showed works of different styles under the motto of “Art and Engineering”. Reiner Packeiser from Lörrach told stories on colors and painting with his pictures. The caricatures of Christel Benz from Steinen, had previously already excited spectators at metropolises like New York, Shanghai and Moscow. The concrete art of Jean-Claude Houlmann concluded the year with courageous formats which not only proverbially were way out.
The “Art at the Foyer” exhibition always brings new impulses at Endress+Hauser Maulburg. “It has,” states Marketing Director Ullrich Schinle, “become a source of inspiration for many associates. For creativity and openness are also important basic preconditions for engineers and technicians to stay successful in the market.”
