Endress+Hauser Wins GWA Profi
The "Your formula for job satisfaction" Campaign pays off
With its new employer branding concept, Endress+Hauser won GWA Profi 2015, the most sought-after award in B2B brand communication. Together with the RTS Rieger Team agency, the family-owned company developed a campaign to recruit new associates in Germany and Switzerland. The campaign focuses on the positive corporate culture: There are always two sides to working with Endress+Hauser - the professional and the personal. Together they add up to a more rewarding career, day in and day out.
The task was to establish joint positioning as an employer for the German-speaking locations of the Swiss instrumentation manufacturer and, based on this, to develop comprehensive communication measures to reach the target group in all channels. The campaign aims at increasing the perception of Endress+Hauser as an interesting employer in all relevant target groups in order to obtain more qualified applications and fill open positions with qualified staff members without delay.
“It is important for us that every associate experiences some ‘Quality Time’ in our company and finds his or her own satisfaction formula,” Stephan-C. Köhler, Director HR Endress+Hauser Conducta, explains the concept. “This is the only way we can offer our associates an atmosphere in which they feel comfortable.”
The winners of the seventh GWA Profi received the award in Fürstenfeldbruck at the end of June. A total of twelve winners received awards in the categories of “Industrial Goods”, “Services”, “Employer Branding” as well as “Consistency and Consequence”. GWA Profi has been awarded since 2008. It is the B2B brand communication award for professional decision makers and aims to award comprehensive, creative and long-term B2B brand communication.
