Application training with practical experience
In this training module (basic level) we will have a look at a soft drink production to learn about the specialties of food production with respect to hygienic regulations, FDA recommendations, product quality and energy/raw material consumption.

Participants get in touch with product mixing and recipe management as well as the cleaning of the production unit
They will learn how to automate these processes with respect to product quality, efficiency and cost reduction
Understand the different function blocks of a typical soft drink production
Be able to judge if the respective measurement instruments and automation components are correctly selected, mounted and used
