Commercial Employee with a Swiss Federal Diploma

As a commercial employee, you can be assigned to various areas such as administration, accounting, controlling, HR management, purchasing, order administration and marketing. In doing so, you independently carry out administrative tasks and take responsibility for smaller projects.

You work together with many departments throughout the company as well as with internal and external customers and partners. You use various tools and apply them skillfully in the digital working world. In this way, you acquire broad specialist knowledge and an understanding of correlations within the company.

The apprenticeship lasts three years. The apprentices attend regular classes at the clerical trade school (Schulen kvBL) and rotate through various departments in the company. They attend the first semester at aprentas and certain units such as vocational courses and exam preparation. Our apprentices are also offered the opportunity of international training (EUREGIO). We strongly encourage their obtaining professional maturity during the apprenticeship with us.

We are looking for young people who are interested in business. Important qualifications include networked thinking, keen perception, oral and written fluency, enjoying dealing with computers, being independent, reliable, and outgoing, having good organizational skills as well as an interest in figures and in foreign languages.

Suitable students: good secondary school students, level E or P.

A suitability test (Multicheck Commercial Employee) is required.

In August we publish the apprenticeship positions for the following year.
