Endress+Hauser Conducta wins employer of the year award
Liquid analysis specialist celebrates success in ‘Top Job’ employer competition
Endress+Hauser Conducta has been recognized as one of Germany’s best employers for the second year running. The ‘Top Job’ award cited the center of competence for liquid analysis for having highly satisfied employees who identify closely with the company and its products and for maintaining an excellent management culture.
“We are extremely pleased about the 2015 employer of the year award,” says Stephan-Christian Köhler. The Director of Human Resources accepted the award from former German Minister for Economic Affairs Wolfgang Clement during ceremonies held at the German Small-to-Medium Enterprise Summit in Essen, Germany. The award confirmed the alignment of the company’s corporate culture and personnel policies, the Director of Human Resources said.

Excellence and innovation play a key role at the high-tech company, which specializes in products and solutions in the field of liquid analysis. The company pays particular attention to its management culture which is characterized by openness and respect. “Employee motivation is a key pillar of our success,” underlines Manfred Jagiella. This is the sixth time that Endress+Hauser Conducta has participated in ‘Top Job’, a prominent competition held since 2002. The liquid analysis specialist garnered first place amongst companies with over 500 employees for the second consecutive time.
The participating companies have been evaluated by the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the Swiss University of St Gallen, relying primarily on the results of a comprehensive employee survey.
