Nine new apprentices start at Endress+Hauser Wetzer
The first few days at the beginning of the apprenticeship are characterized by many impressions
The new apprentices started their training with the instrumentation manufacturer in Nesselwang for the following professions:
Electronics technician for devices and systems (EGS)
Technical Product Designer (TPD)
Production technologist (PT)
Industrial Mechanic (IM)
Industrial clerk (IC)
IT specialist for applications development (FI-SY)
Machine and plant operators (MA)
The education begins with a four-day introductory seminar in which the apprentices get to know the company, its culture and the most important information for a successful start. A team training, in which all trainees participate, ensures rapid integration. Endress+Hauser Wetzer continuously requires young talents in both the technical and commercial professions. Therefore, the training of young people is of special importance to the company, thereby securing the demand for qualified employees.
Currently, 25 young people are in vocational training in Nesselwang.
