Endress+Hauser has opened a new customer center in Singapore, further expanding its presence as a technology and application partner in Southeast Asia. The opening ceremony on 18 March 2026 was attended by, among others, the Swiss Ambassador to Singapore Frank Grütter, representatives of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), industry partners, media representatives and employees.
With a state-of-the-art flow calibration facility and an integrated training area, Endress+Hauser in Singapore offers the opportunity to experience measurement technology in a practical setting and simulate processes under realistic conditions. The facility supports companies in industries such as water, wastewater and waste management; life sciences; food; oil and gas; chemicals; infrastructure; and the maritime sector.
“The new TECH Center allows us to work with customers to turn real-world challenges into practical solutions,” says Richard Yu, Managing Director of Endress+Hauser Singapore.
A key component of the customer center is a new flow calibration facility. It enables fast, cost-effective and accurate calibration, thereby increasing operational and planning reliability for customers in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Shorter turnaround times and reduced logistical effort improve the availability of measuring instruments and enhance service quality.
With its investment in Singapore, Endress+Hauser is sending a clear message: Technical expertise should be available where customers manufacture, invest and grow. “The customer center in Singapore helps us translate global expertise into local, application-specific value,” explains Dr Henry Chia, Corporate Sales Director at Endress+Hauser.
The combination of calibration, training and live demonstrations strengthens collaboration with customers throughout the entire lifecycle of industrial processes.
With its new customer center, Endress+Hauser reaffirms its long-term commitment to Singapore. Following the renovation of its office building in 2023, the company is thus marking another milestone in its regional development. Endress+Hauser has had a presence in Singapore since 1989 and currently employs around 100 people there.
