Endress+Hauser customers can look forward to new ways of procuring comprehensive information and processing transactions more efficiently with the "People for Process Automation" just in time for the largest industrial fair worldwide.

With the successful integration of E-commerce functions into the Endress+Hauser website complete, customers can now benefit from the combination of extensive product information and direct query and ordering options.

Once registration is complete, customers have access to their own personal account on the website with all of their own information, prices and delivery times. All transactions with Endress+Hauser can be viewed in this area irrespective of whether these transactions were initiated online or offline.

The entire transaction history including all of the documentation from the quote to order to invoice is thus available to the customer online. Information is also provided on the status of each transaction with tracking possible at all times.

The new extended functions on the website include an option to request a quotation for devices not yet fully configured. In the future, it will be possible to search for and order devices and spare parts quickly and easily using the serial number. Product lists mean that individual device standards can be stored and organized based on the customer-specific material number optimizing the procurement process even more.
