Yvonne Endress was born in Zurich, Switzerland on 27 February 1950. She was the third of eight children born to company founder Georg H Endress and Alice Endress. After attending school in the French part of Switzerland, as well as England, she graduated from the school of commerce in Basel. She was active in various functions for the German sales center for 16 years beginning in 1994.
